Claroe is a small core team that works with specialist subcontractors — independent practitioners with their own practices who join us on engagements. We've marked each one as a subcontractor below.

Tim Polo

Founder & Director

Former design engineer turned software developer and AI practitioner. Built and grew an engineering consulting business over five years before founding claroe. Teaches professionals how to build and use AI agents for real work.

Mikey Ferraris

Human Performance Coach & Facilitator

Subcontractor

Mikey is a Sydney-based coach and facilitator who runs Innersystems, a coaching and team-alignment practice for founders and teams. He also facilitates "Judgement & Decision Making in the age of AI" to postgraduate and undergraduate students at UTS. On Claroe engagements he leads the human-performance and facilitation side of training and adoption.

Luke Swithenbank

AI Architecture & Governance Advisor

Luke is the founder of Ridgeline Studios, a fractional-CTO practice, with a career in platform engineering and engineering leadership across organisations including Macquarie Group, Elastic, Dovetail and Slate. He advises Claroe and its clients on enterprise AI tooling, architecture and governance.

Kelly Moon

Change Management Specialist

Subcontractor

Kelly is a Sydney-based change management and organisational development specialist, a PROSCI-certified Change Manager and accredited executive coach with over a decade of experience across people and change. She runs her own consultancy, Luna St., and works with Claroe on the change-management and leadership side of AI-transformation engagements, where adoption succeeds or fails.

Daniel Tucker

Operations & Delivery Specialist

Subcontractor

Daniel is a Sydney-based delivery and operating-model specialist and the founder of Aspyre, a consultancy that helps technology businesses lift throughput with Theory-of-Constraints-based operating models. He has led delivery teams and major portfolios at WiseTech and other Sydney technology organisations. On Claroe engagements he leads the business-systems and operating-model side of AI transformations, including metrics design and documentation.
