// The Team

Our team

Practitioners who have done the work, not just taught about it.

Claroe is a small core team, backed by specialist subcontractors — independent practitioners with their own practices who join us on engagements where the work calls for them.

Tim Polo

Founder & Director

Former design engineer turned software developer and AI practitioner. Built and grew an engineering consulting business over five years before founding claroe. Teaches professionals how to build and use AI agents for real work.
