We map your software stack and data sources, and how information moves between tools and teams. The result is a clear picture of how your organisation actually runs.
Identify & cost
We rank the processes AI or automation could take over or accelerate, and quantify the time and cost each one could save, on a transparent $50/hour labour basis.
Report & walk through
We write up the findings and walk your leadership team through the roadmap, so you finish with a prioritised, costed plan you can act on — with or without us.

The price
$2,500 + GST
Fixed. Covers one to two days on-site and all four deliverables. Invoiced on completion. The price is deliberately low so the audit is an easy first step. And if you go ahead with the Enterprise AI Transformation it recommends, the full $2,500 is credited against it — so the audit is effectively free either way.
The guarantee
If our audit doesn't find at least $100,000 a year in automatable work, the audit is free.

The audit stands on its own. Any build, agent or training work it recommends is scoped against the findings and quoted separatelyafterwards, as a Enterprise AI Transformation. You take forward all of it, some of it, or none of it. Many businesses buy the audit and stop there, with a costed roadmap in hand — a complete outcome in itself. And if you do go ahead, the full audit fee is credited against the engagement, so nothing is lost either way.
